  • Eligibility: Refunds are eligible for services that have not yet been delivered or for significant delays in project delivery.
  • Request Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the payment date. Please include the reason for the refund request.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Custom development services, once delivered, are non-refundable due to the nature of the work. This also includes services related to certification-backed internships, where fees may cover the processing and issuing of MSME-approved certifications, providing recognized industry standards.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where a project is partially completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
